1. Appointment Cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting our clinic at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only for appointments cancelled within the permitted cancellation period.
• If treatment has already commenced or services have been provided, the amount paid will generally not be eligible for a refund.
• Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the clinic management.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction.

The refund amount may take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

4. No Show Policy

Patients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Treatment Packages

Refund requests for prepaid treatment packages will be evaluated based on the treatment already completed and any applicable administrative charges.

6. Payment Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have made a duplicate payment, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
